Ubuhlebezwe Local Municipality Ixopo

We upgraded Ixopo’s chamber with a Taiden conference system, dual displays, and seamless content sharing from the secretariat. The boardroom was equipped with a Yealink video conferencing system and full automation for a smooth, user-friendly experience.

We transformed VUT’s Council Chamber with a Taiden 3900 delegate system, integrated Yealink Teams for hybrid meetings, one-touch control, and Philips Pro Dictate with Sembly for accurate meeting recording.

We replaced their old Bosch system with a new Taiden system with Philips recording software. We also linked the Audio to their current Video conference system

We upgraded the Council Chamber with a state-of-the-art Taiden digital conference system supporting voting and future interpretation, plus a wireless presentation system for seamless delegate sharing. The boardroom received a new laser projector and control system, while the Winscribe platform was upgraded to manage centralised recording across all meetings.
